PRINT QUALITY & MATERIALS
What type of material do you use for paper prints?
Paper prints are produced on museum-grade, archival watercolor paper that is thick, matte, and textured — ideal for capturing the details of brushstrokes and layering.
What type of material do you use for canvas prints?
Canvas prints are created using thick archival matte canvas, stretched onto premium 1.5” thick bars. Stretched canvas prints arrive ready to hang, making displaying your new artwork quick and effortless. Canvas prints can be collected with or without a float frame.
Do you offer framing?
Custom framing is available for both your paper or stretched canvas print! All frames are made using natural pine — chosen for its soft warmth and organic character. Each one is intentionally simple and gallery-inspired — created to complement the movement, texture, and color within your piece without overpowering it.

Do the artwork's colors look the same in person as they do on my screen?
We work hard to ensure color accuracy, but every screen is different. You might see slight variations between the colors on your device and the physical print — that’s the nature of art and ink.
RETURNS
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because all prints are made to order, we cannot accommodate any returns or exchanges. Please review your print selection carefully before placing your order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your print will be made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for production, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your print ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. International orders are temporarily unavailable while we work on upgrading our print offerings and shipping process.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We want you to love your artwork. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right!
Do duties/taxes apply?
Taxes may apply to U.S. orders where required — international duty/tax information is not currently relevant since we’re not shipping outside the U.S.

Can I commission a custom piece?
