PRINT QUALITY & MATERIALS
What type of paper or material are the prints made on?
Prints are produced on museum-grade, archival paper that is thick, matte, and textured — ideal for capturing the details of brushstrokes and layering. We don’t compromise on quality.
Are frames included with the prints?
Unless stated otherwise, prints are sold unframed. This gives you the freedom to choose a frame that suits your space and style. We do occasionally offer limited edition framed releases — sign up for emails to be the first to know.
Do the colors look the same as they do on the screen?
We work hard to ensure color accuracy, but every screen is different. You might see slight variations between the colors on your device and the physical print — that’s the nature of art and ink.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each print is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your print ships.
Do you ship internationally? What about duties and import taxes?
Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Shipping delivery times will vary depending on your location (12-30 business days).
For our international customers, duties and import taxes (like VAT or GST) are automatically calculated and collected at checkout—when applicable—based on your country’s regulations.
That means no surprise fees when your order arrives. Everything is handled upfront, so your artwork arrives smoothly and without delay.

What if my print arrives damaged?
We want you to love your artwork. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.

Can I commission a custom piece?
Anna occasionally takes on custom work. If you're interested, reach out via the commissions page to see availability.
Can I purchase a print as a gift?
Yes — and what a thoughtful gift! You can add a note at checkout, and we’ll include it in the package. If you need help choosing the right piece for someone special, we’re happy to assist.
