Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective as of 04/14/2025
We're artists, not data lords — but let’s be real: we do collect some information. This privacy policy lays it all out clearly so you know what’s happening when you browse, shop, or interact with Anna Núñez’s print shop.
What We Collect (And Why)
When you do business with us — or just poke around the site — we collect a few things:
-
Your Info: Name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number (if you give it).
-
Your Orders: What you bought, when, how often.
-
Payment Details: Handled by Shopify/Stripe/PayPal — we don’t see your card number. Ever.
-
Site Behavior: What you click, how long you stay, where you came from. Standard stuff tracked via cookies, Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag, and other tools.
We collect this because:
-
We need to ship you beautiful things.
-
We want to give you a better experience.
-
We'd like to tell you when something new is coming (only if you’ve opted in).
-
We’re a small business — targeted ads help us reach people who care about what we create.
Marketing: Here’s the Deal
If you sign up for emails, you’ll get them. They’re written by a human (hi 👋🏼), not a robot. We don’t send fluff. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share your list with other artists or brands. That’s shady. We’re not shady.
That said, here’s what we do do:
-
Meta Ads: We use the Meta Pixel to track behavior and serve you ads on Facebook and Instagram.
-
Pinterest Ads: Yep, same idea. Pinterest knows what you pin — we just try to show up when you’re looking for something inspiring.
-
Lookalike Audiences: We might upload a list of encrypted email addresses (like yours, if you're on our list) to platforms like Meta or Pinterest to find more people who might vibe with Anna’s art. These platforms don’t get access to your personal details — they just use pattern recognition.
You can opt out of marketing emails anytime. You can also adjust your ad preferences on Meta, Pinterest, or your browser. We won’t take it personally.
Third-Party Tools We Use
Here’s who we work with to keep this business running:
-
Shopify – our ecommerce platform
-
Stripe / PayPal – for payments
-
Meta & Pinterest – for ads
-
Google Analytics – for learning what works
-
Email marketing tool – for direct communication
These platforms only get the data they need to function. Nothing more.
Cookies & Pixels
Our site uses cookies and tracking pixels. That’s how we remember your preferences, keep your cart from disappearing, and show you the right ads. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site may act weird if you do.
We do not use cookies to spy on you. We do use them to make things better for you and us.
Data Retention
We keep your order history and relevant info unless you ask us to delete it (or unless we legally need to keep it). Why? Because collectors come back — and we want to remember what you loved.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (looking at you, California and the EU), you may have legal rights like:
-
Seeing what data we’ve got on you
-
Updating or correcting that data
-
Asking us to delete your data
-
Opting out of marketing or tracking
Email us at [insert contact email] to do any of that. We’ll respect your request — no weird hoops.
Security
We use Shopify’s secure checkout and standard best practices to keep your data safe. No system is bulletproof, but we’re not cutting corners.
No Kids Allowed
This site isn’t meant for children under 13. If you’re a kid, go draw something instead.
Changes to This Policy
We might update this policy. If we do, we’ll post the new date right here. If the changes are big, we’ll let you know.
Got Questions?
We’re a real small studio run by a real human. If you’ve got a question about your privacy, your data, or how it all works — ask us. No robots. No gaslighting. Just answers.
