Welcome to Anna Núñez Print Shop. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Made-to-Order Prints

All artwork prints are made to order. This ensures each piece is thoughtfully produced just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, we will replace it—just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

2. Shipping & Processing Time

We ship internationally. Please allow up to 14 business days for production during peak seasons (not including shipping time). Delivery times vary by location.

International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are calculated and collected at checkout when possible, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

3. Use of Artwork

All artwork is protected under copyright. This means you may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any image, print, or content from this shop without written permission. Purchasing a print does not transfer any reproduction rights.

4. Commissions & Digital Products

We are not currently accepting custom commissions. Digital downloads are in development and will be offered soon.
